Coach Sales Support Associate III position in Atlanta, Georgia. Part-time retail role offering $15.00–$21.75 hourly with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and maintain cash wrap organization and compliance with cash handling policies
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with applicable policies
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and retail competition
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet use
- Ability to operate walkie-talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and retail holidays
Skills
Experience
One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
