Coach — Sales Support Associate, Lenox Square, Atlanta, GA. Part-time retail role handling POS, stockroom, merchandising and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and provide personalized, attentive service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and manage cash/media in accordance with company policy.
- Receive, process, organize and report discrepancies for incoming shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates and product presentation.
- Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, including support for store social media engagement.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven cash handling and POS operation experience with familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and move throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail training or coursework in sales/customer service is an advantage.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
