Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with permission protocols
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as required
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet applications
• Ability to utilize walkie talkies, read price sheets, and interpret product release information
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; a combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
