Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and process payments in compliance with store policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy, accessible stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support sales floor activity and customer requests; promote add-on products and gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and assist with local brand ambassador activities, including in‑store social media support when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop and basic internet navigation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel as required by stockroom and floor duties.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom or sales—preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment. Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems and support floor merchandising is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or certifications in retail, customer service or hospitality are an asset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
