Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate customer needs and provide personalised assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap area.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; implement visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support sales-floor activities, confidently respond to customer requests, and collaborate with sales colleagues and management.
• Promote add-on sales (gift cards, accessories) and capture customer information where permitted; support local brand representation and social engagement.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store procedures to protect inventory and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use, and basic internet navigation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience accepted.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
