Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate, Arlington, Virginia – Retail store operations and customer service role for luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and providing personalized support throughout their shopping experience
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in full compliance with store policy
- Execute visual merchandising updates, manage stock levels, and replenish the sales floor to maintain brand standards
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and efficiency
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information as permitted to support sales goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market, supporting social media engagement and community presence
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all loss prevention guidelines and procedures
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members and management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile point-of-sale systems, and internet navigation
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience, ideally in luxury retail, encompassing cashier operations, stock management, or sales roles. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
