Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate for its Arcadia retail location to support store operations and customer experience. The role encompasses point-of-sale management, inventory receipt and processing, sales floor maintenance, and personalized customer service in a luxury retail environment. The position demands attention to detail, multitasking capability, and commitment to Coach's brand values of courage, creativity, and customer focus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Operate POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to read price and product release sheets and utilize walkie-talkies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Experience

One or more years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific educational requirement stated.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
