Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as required
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to utilize walkie talkies and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles is highly valued. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or customer service training is preferred but not required.
