Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily operational support to the store sales team, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Manage inventory tasks: receive and inspect shipments, process stock transfers, execute replenishment and cycle counts accurately.
  • Support clienteling activities by maintaining CRM records, preparing client appointments, and following up on leads and client requests.
  • Prepare merchandise for floor presentation and assist in visual merchandising to sustain brand standards.
  • Generate and maintain sales and operational reports; escalate discrepancies and support corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with logistics and stock teams to ensure timely availability of requested product for clients and the salesfloor.
  • Provide exceptional client service on the salesfloor and by phone/email, resolving client inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with store administrative duties such as scheduling support, filing, and compliance with loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail management, business or fashion preferred.
  • Demonstrable customer‑facing experience in luxury or premium retail environments, ideally 1+ year.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational aptitude with experience handling cash and reconciling transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; poised client manner appropriate for luxury clientele.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if located in the U.S.) and ability to pass background checks where required.

Experience
