Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service according to Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations including transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant.
- Support team collaboration by assisting across functional areas, participating in brand initiatives and training, and fostering a trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to lift routinely at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; candidates with prior luxury or premium retail experience and demonstrated achievement against sales KPIs will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Livermore, California, USA, with easy access to San Francisco.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
