Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed individual sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalised clienteling and relationship cultivation.
- Deliver elevated client experiences consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning, including personalised styling, product storytelling and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to reflect seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts; assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing, client events and bespoke appointment management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
