Role & Responsibilities
- Provide front-line sales support and elevated client service in line with Coach brand standards, handling inquiries, reservations and personalised client requests.
- Assist with daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, receiving and processing shipments, tagging and pricing.
- Execute clienteling activities: maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads, schedule appointments and support VIP service initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising and floor resets to ensure merchandise is presented according to seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, report discrepancies and collaborate with loss-prevention to mitigate shrink.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales and operational reports to store management; escalate issues and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with regional operations, e-commerce and distribution teams to facilitate omnichannel fulfilment and returns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably within premium or luxury fashion (typically 2+ years).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Demonstrated numeracy and basic reporting ability; comfortable handling transactions and daily sales reconciliation.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail for inventory control, merchandising execution and administrative tasks.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work on the sales floor and behind-the-scenes operations.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in retail sales or store operations, ideally within a premium or luxury brand environment; demonstrable track record of delivering high-touch client service and supporting store performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree in retail, business or a related field preferred.
