Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-touch client service on the sales floor and via inbound enquiries, ensuring an elevated luxury brand experience.
  • Support store sales targets by executing clienteling activities, managing appointments, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with stock management including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and replenishment.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and collaborate with store management to analyse performance and identify opportunities.

Qualifications
