Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive sales support to store teams, assisting with clienteling, client follow-up and relationship management to drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS, manage gift receipts and returns, and ensure strict adherence to cash-handling procedures.
  • Support merchandise flow: receive, tag and stage deliveries; conduct cycle counts; reconcile inventory discrepancies and coordinate replenishment.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain curated product presentation consistent with brand standards.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports, compile client data and maintain the CRM to support targeted outreach and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for client events, private appointments and in-store activations, liaising with regional teams and external vendors as required.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries and post-sale issues with diplomacy, escalating complex matters to management when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for delivering high-touch customer service to a discerning, luxury clientele.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail for transaction processing and inventory reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability to support retail trading hours, including evenings, weekends and peak selling periods.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise and boxes up to store operational requirements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
