Coach Sales Support Associate II in New York — retail operations, inventory and clienteling role supporting a Coach boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure seamless customer service and optimal sales performance.
- Process point-of-sale transactions, manage cash handling and reconcile sales at close of business.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise; manage inventory levels and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Update CRM and clienteling systems with customer interactions, follow-ups and sales notes.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and inventory reports; assist management with ad hoc analyses.
- Enforce loss-prevention procedures and maintain a secure, compliant retail environment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff and act as a backup for store leadership when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and meeting sales objectives.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail certifications advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing and merchandise handling.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated customer service and store-operations competence; prior experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary retail, fashion or business coursework is a plus.
