Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure seamless customer service and optimal sales performance.
  • Process point-of-sale transactions, manage cash handling and reconcile sales at close of business.
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise; manage inventory levels and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Update CRM and clienteling systems with customer interactions, follow-ups and sales notes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and inventory reports; assist management with ad hoc analyses.
  • Enforce loss-prevention procedures and maintain a secure, compliant retail environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff and act as a backup for store leadership when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and meeting sales objectives.
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail certifications advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing and merchandise handling.

Experience
