Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, personalized client service on the sales floor, building rapport and driving sales conversion during assigned shifts.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash, card and returns according to store policy.
  • Support inventory management: receive and unpack deliveries, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives to maintain on-brand presentation and ensure product displays are polished and commercially oriented.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, follow up on leads and assist with clienteling activities to grow the customer base.
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures and maintain housekeeping standards to ensure the store environment reflects luxury positioning.
  • Provide operational support for store events, product launches and peak trading periods as required by the store management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Clear, professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work standing shifts for extended periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the U.S. location).

Experience
