Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, manage a personal client portfolio and execute targeted outreach to drive repeat business.
  • Deliver elevated in-store experiences consistent with Coach brand standards, including visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Support store operations: process transactions accurately, manage stock and perform inventory reconciliations.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and luxury retail best practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, communicating product provenance, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, sharing product knowledge and selling techniques as required by store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a retail sales role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-building capabilities with measurable sales outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy to manage transactions, follow up on leads and contribute to store KPIs.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
