Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring standards for client experience, visual presentation and merchandising are consistently met.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets and elevate customer service.
- Drive key performance indicators (sales, conversion, average transaction value) through active selling, floor management and promotional execution.
- Oversee inventory activities including stock replenishment, markdowns, cycle counts and shrink minimization in partnership with store leadership.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, manage cash-handling and POS reconciliation, and ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies.
- Collaborate with the store manager on workforce planning, shift scheduling and performance feedback, and participate in talent selection and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 1–3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate a frontline sales team to meet measurable KPIs.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy with experience operating retail POS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills, with an emphasis on building long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
