Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal accurately and efficiently for sales, returns, exchanges and gift transactions.
- Manage cash drawer, process card and digital payments, reconcile transactions and prepare end-of-day cash reports.
- Deliver polished, client-focused service consistent with the Coach brand, including product knowledge, packaging and post-sale follow-up.
- Support sales advisors on the floor by processing purchases, holding items, and facilitating smooth client flow.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, transaction security and company cash-handling policies.
- Maintain immaculate register area and ensure compliance with store presentation standards.
- Assist with basic stock receiving, pricing, tagging and inventory counts as required.
- Execute opening and closing cashier procedures and escalate discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system in a retail environment.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and a disciplined approach to reconciliation and reporting.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver discreet, luxury-level client service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with standing, lifting and repetitive tasks.
- Right to work in the hiring country; availability for retail hours including weekends and evenings.
- Experience in luxury or premium retail preferred but not mandatory.

Education
