Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clientele, building relationships and executing clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of product ranges.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across handbags, small leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise customers accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, exchanges and returns with accuracy and compliance.
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards to ensure displays reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Follow loss-prevention procedures and maintain store security and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with store leadership on inventory management, stock replenishment and receiving duties.
- Participate in training, team meetings and promotional events to support store initiatives and brand activations.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for sales with a customer-first mentality; previous retail or customer-service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work toward quantitative KPIs.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to high-net-worth and aspirational clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion training is advantageous.
- Basic numeracy and attention to transactional accuracy.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; luxury or premium brand experience is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or fashion coursework is a plus.
