Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised client service on the sales floor and at the point of sale, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments with rigorous attention to procedure.
- Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Assist with client appointments, phone and email enquiries, and follow-up communications to maximise conversion and retention.
- Perform routine inventory tasks, receive and prepare shipments, and participate in store‑level stock counts.
- Contribute to store readiness for events and promotions, including set-up, signage, and guest support.
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presentation and strong client-facing demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic numeracy and proven reliability in handling transactions and reconciling cash.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred. Candidates with prior client service, cashiering or merchandising experience will be advantaged.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion coursework preferred but not required.
