Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure seamless customer journeys, including opening/closing tasks and cash reconciliation.
  • Deliver high-touch clienteling: manage client appointments, follow-up communications and maintain client records to drive repeat business.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and support omnichannel order fulfillment (ship-from-store, click & collect).
  • Assist with inventory control: receiving, tagging, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect current campaigns and seasonal floor sets.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for store management and escalate trends or issues to regional leadership.
  • Provide product knowledge and after-sales service support, including repairs/referrals and warranty processes.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention measures and uphold brand presentation, store housekeeping and compliance policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium brands; experience in sales support, client services or store operations preferred.
  • Proven aptitude for client-facing service and relationship building; discreet, professional manner appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy; familiarity with inventory procedures and retail reporting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with store teams and regional partners.
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods; ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.

Experience
