Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline brand ambassador and consistently apply Coach Style & Service standards to every customer interaction.

- Perform daily store operations including cash handling, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining a pristine sales floor and stockroom.
- Process all transaction types efficiently—sales, returns, exchanges and click-and-collect orders.
- Support stock cycle management: receive deliveries, tag and shelve merchandise, and track product movement.
- Collaborate across functions and support colleagues as required to maximise team performance.
- Participate in brand events, trainings and inclusion initiatives; accept feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems; comfortable using iPad/tablet-based POS and basic store IT tools.
- Demonstrable clienteling or CRM capability and experience with social media or short-form video content is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business demands.
- Physically able to perform retail tasks: regularly lift ~11 kg (25 lb) and occasionally up to ~23 kg (50 lb); frequent bending, squatting and movement between sales floor and stockroom.
