Coach is hiring a Sales Consultant in Yantai, China — full-time retail role delivering brand-standard client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand-standard customer service to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and effective clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations, including visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and maintaining a polished salesfloor.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth operations and superior client experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of leather goods and accessories and assist with client appointments and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years' sales experience in retail or the luxury sector.
- Polite, sincere and proactive demeanour with demonstrable sales aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across store functions.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail or luxury-brand sales experience, with proven achievement against sales targets.
Education
Associate degree (college diploma) or above.
