Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer service in accordance with Coach brand standards, cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
  • Execute daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Minimum two years' experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • Polite, sincere and proactively customer-focused with demonstrable sales aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong teamorientation.
