Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service in accordance with Coach standards, building rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.

Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail or luxury-brand sales experience.
- Polished, courteous demeanour with a proactive attitude and proven sales techniques.
- Strong oral communication skills in the local market language and demonstrated teamwork capability.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or within the luxury goods sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
