Coach in Woodstock, GA is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert online and in-store demand.
- Conduct efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Perform daily store operations: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
- Support team performance by assisting in functional areas, fostering a collaborative environment and participating in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure; accept and act on feedback to continuously improve service.
- Meet physical requirements of the role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and ability to bend, climb and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail or fashion environments and who have demonstrated success meeting KPIs and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications are a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Woodstock, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
