Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate product features and styling recommendations across leather goods and accessories.
- Execute boutique floor operations including visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, stock management and store presentation to brand standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and credit procedures, and complete daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate clienteling records and follow up on leads using CRM tools to drive repeat business.
- Support store performance through team collaboration, participation in staff meetings, and contribution to promotional events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a customer-centric orientation; experience in luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand visual and service standards.
- Basic numeracy and experience handling transactions, POS systems, and inventory procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is an advantage.
