Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Coach-standard, high-quality customer service and personalized client engagement on the sales floor.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Execute daily store operations including merchandising, stock management, and point-of-sale procedures.
- Maintain product knowledge of leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients effectively.
- Ensure clear, professional communication with colleagues, supervisors and external partners to support store performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably with leather goods or accessories.
- Professional demeanour: polite, proactive and service-oriented.
- Proven sales ability and client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong team-working mindset.

At least 2 years of direct retail or luxury sales experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and hands-on involvement in store operations.
Education
Associate degree or higher.
