Coach (Tapestry) in Toronto seeks a part-time Sales Associate at Yorkdale; deliver luxury service, omni-channel selling, and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, iPad/laptop systems, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and support omni-channel sales.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and maintain accurate product movement.
- Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Participate in brand initiatives, in-store training and inclusion activities; collaborate with teammates across functional areas to optimise store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience, with luxury retail and omni-channel selling experience preferred; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
