Coach is hiring a Sales Consultant at Taiyuan Mixc, Taiyuan; join Coach to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach-standard customer service to build long-term client relationships and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and product expertise.
- Execute daily boutique operations, including merchandising, stock management and maintaining presentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Support clienteling activities and follow-up to maximise repeat business and client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years' retail or luxury sales experience.
- Polished interpersonal manner; sincere, courteous and proactive in client-facing interactions.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Mandarin; ability to communicate clearly with regional management and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to store culture.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of direct sales experience in retail or the luxury goods sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
Education
Associate degree or higher.

The successful candidate will be located in Taiyuan, Shanxi, China.
