Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium, Coach-standard customer service and represent the brand in every client interaction.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, point-of-sale transactions and housekeeping.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Coach leather goods and accessories and communicate the brand story to clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up, private appointments and CRM activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, store management and external partners to ensure smooth operations and optimal client experience.
- Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to in-store presentation and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ retail or luxury sales experience.
- Customer-focused, polite and proactive with a strong sales orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

At least 2 years of direct retail or luxury-brand sales experience; prior exposure to premium leather goods or accessories is advantageous.
Education
Associate degree or higher (专科及以上).
