Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, Coach-standard customer service to all clients, building rapport and long-term relationships.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs within the outlet store.
- Execute daily store operations including merchandising, inventory handling, and cash procedures following company protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth store performance and visual standards.
- Support clienteling activities and in-store initiatives that drive traffic, conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or premium fashion.
- Professional, courteous demeanour with proactive sales orientation and demonstrated closing ability.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail or luxury sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a store environment.
Education
Associate degree (college diploma) or above.
