Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Coach-standard client service: welcome customers, build rapport, and provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Execute daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and ensure product integrity at all times.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to support promotions, events and stock movements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Polished, customer‑centric manner with demonstrable selling skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong team orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail or luxury goods sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high levels of customer service.
Education
Associate degree or higher.
