  • Deliver exceptional, Coach‑standard customer service to build long‑term client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
  • Execute day‑to‑day store operations, including merchandising, inventory handling and maintaining brand presentation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth operational and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • College diploma (associate degree) or higher.
  • Minimum two years' experience in retail or luxury goods sales.
  • Professional, courteous demeanour with a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
