Coach Sales Consultant — Shanghai (New World). Coach seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at its Shanghai New World boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, conversion and upselling.
  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect Coach brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and handle after-sales service and returns.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Stay informed of product ranges, materials and seasonal campaigns to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure a welcoming boutique environment and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion environments.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or accessories. Demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
