Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary face-to-face client service tailored to a luxury clientele; build rapport and conduct proactive clienteling to maximise sales and retention.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through effective product presentation, suggestive selling and personalised styling.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, handle cash and card payments, returns and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain brand visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and windows; ensure stock is replenished and displays are tidy.
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, receiving and basic stock management tasks.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures; report incidents and assist with store safety protocols.
  • Support ad hoc store initiatives such as client events, seasonal rollouts and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Professional, client-focused demeanour with polished grooming consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and convert footfall into sales; previous retail or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to present product stories and brand heritage succinctly.
