Coach in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy; adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and peak traffic periods.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviours professionally and meet physical demands including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier loads (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and manage basic administrative retail tasks.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live-stream shopping, short-form video demos and digital clienteling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum of one year in sales, retail or customer-facing roles; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
