Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and consultative client engagement.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to uphold brand presentation and in-store theatre.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems and adhere to cash-handling procedures.
  • Support inventory control including receiving, tagging, stock replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Participate in opening/closing duties, loss-prevention protocols and store housekeeping to preserve operational excellence.
  • Contribute to clienteling activities and CRM updates to cultivate high-value clientele and personalize outreach.

Qualifications

  • Professional, client-focused demeanor with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets in a retail or luxury environment; proven consultative selling techniques.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability and integrity in cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
