Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, Coach‑standard customer service to cultivate long‑term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure operational alignment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and represent the brand with professionalism and brand consistency on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail or luxury goods sales experience.
- Polite, sincere and proactive with strong persuasive selling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated team‑player mentality and willingness to support colleagues.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Education
Associate degree (专科) or above.
