Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high‑quality customer service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Execute daily store operations, including merchandising, stock handling and maintaining store presentation.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues, supervisors and external partners to ensure smooth store functioning.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Polite, proactive manner with strong sales aptitude and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the working language of the store.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

At least 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets and providing high‑level client service.
Education
Associate degree or equivalent (专科及以上学历).
