Coach is hiring a Sales Consultant in Jinan (Hang Lung). Join Coach to deliver luxury client service and achieve retail sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Coach brand standards and luxury customer service expectations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and relationship development.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to uphold store image and promotional directives.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS and follow cash-handling and inventory procedures.
  • Use CRM tools to record client information, follow up on leads and manage after-sales service.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and regular stock counts.
  • Assist with in-store events, product launches and cross-functional initiatives to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education diploma or vocational qualification; post-secondary studies in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
  • Proven aptitude for retail sales; previous experience in luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Legal right to work in China and ability to work at the Jinan Hang Lung location.

Experience
