Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently applying Coach’s style and service standards to represent the brand with professionalism.
  • Deliver personalised styling advice, product expertise and fashion insight to cultivate long‑term client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive sales through proactive cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS systems, Clienteling tools and social‑selling channels (including short‑form video content) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan aligned with store objectives and contribute to team targets.
  • Prospect for new clients and maintain follow‑up routines to convert leads and increase lifetime value.
  • Maintain a high level of energy on the sales floor, multitask between clients and adapt selling strategies to business flow.
  • Complete daily operational tasks such as cash handling, stock processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while preserving service standards.
  • Ensure sales areas and back‑of‑house remain orderly and well stocked; adhere strictly to retail policies, POS procedures and asset‑protection protocols.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including sales, returns, exchanges and click‑and‑collect orders.
  • Support inventory cycle activities: receiving, merchandising, and tracking merchandise flow.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand events, training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
  • Proven ability using POS systems and basic computer tools (e.g., iPad, laptop, mobile POS).
  • Strong clienteling and customer‑relationship skills with experience capturing client data and driving repeat business.
  • Demonstrable comfort with social selling and short‑form video or live‑stream product demonstrations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physically able to perform retail tasks: frequent lifting (commonly ~11 kg / 25 lb, occasionally up to ~23 kg / 50 lb), climbing, bending and moving between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
