Coach is hiring a Sales Consultant in Hohhot (Hohhot Zhenhua) — full-time retail sales role at Coach, China.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-standard customer service to every client and cultivate long-term relationships through personalised clienteling.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Execute daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, visual standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support merchandise presentation and maintain the boutique’s visual and housekeeping standards to uphold brand image.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure seamless service and operational execution.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium segments.
- Polished, courteous and proactive approach with demonstrable sales skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team orientation and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience, with proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high standards of customer service.
Education
Associate degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
