Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, Coach-standard customer service and personalised clienteling to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Execute daily store operations including merchandising, stock management, visual presentation and cash handling.
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, store management and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support store events, inventory activities and adherence to brand presentation and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail or luxury-brand sales experience.
- Professional, courteous and proactive attitude with strong sales acumen.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a premium client experience.
- Demonstrated team-player mentality and reliability in a retail environment.
