Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach-standard customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Proactively pursue and achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Perform daily store operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth retail activity and inventory integrity.
- Maintain store presentation, product knowledge and adherence to brand visual and service standards.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or luxury sales.
- Demonstrable sales ability and proactive, client-focused attitude.
- Polite, professional demeanour with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively to meet targets.
