Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach brand values and adhere to service excellence standards, serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador to all clients
  • Develop and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized styling consultations, product expertise, and fashion guidance tailored to individual preferences
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and informed product recommendations aligned with client needs
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans that align with team objectives; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers through floor engagement and social channels; maintain proactive follow-up to convert leads and close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor whilst managing multiple customer interactions; adapt selling techniques to respond to evolving business priorities
  • Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including cash wrap, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst upholding service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; comply with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving and processing shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement to optimize availability
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across functional areas to support collective store performance and operational priorities
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment; contribute to positive morale and peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities that enhance professional development
  • Receive constructive feedback gracefully; adapt behaviors and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in response to changing circumstances

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Competency with walkie-talkie communication systems and ability to read price sheets and product release documentation
  • Physical capacity to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video product demonstrations, clienteling tools, and customer data acquisition (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and familiarity with short-form video platforms (preferred)

Experience
