Coach Sales Consultant — Fuzhou (Dongbai). Coach seeks a Sales Consultant in Fuzhou to deliver luxury client service and achieve store sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, including product presentation, fitting, transactions and after-sales care.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep displays curated and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments and handle inventory movements and stock replenishment.
  • Contribute to client database development and CRM activities, scheduling follow-ups and managing appointments.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Collaborate with store team and management to execute promotions, events and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
  • Strong customer service orientation with demonstrable clienteling skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Professional presentation and a polished demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Basic numeracy and comfort operating POS systems and handling transactions.

Experience
