Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet luxury client service to drive sales and cultivate long-term client relationships (clienteling).
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting and personalized selling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor presentation consistent with brand directives and outlet-specific layouts.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment; conduct regular stock counts and support back-of-house organisation.
- Support store operational duties including opening/closing procedures, housekeeping, and compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in product training and coaching; convey product knowledge and brand heritage to clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities at the Chongqing outlet location.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets with a client-focused selling approach; previous luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and proven aptitude for relationship-building and client retention.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required by outlet operations.
- Legal authorization to work in China and willingness to work at the Chongqing outlet location.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing retail experience; previous experience with premium or luxury brands and outlet environments is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or visual merchandising preferred.
